Business Partners

CCSESA contracts with companies and county offices of education to identify services and/or products for counties, districts and schools. In accordance with CCSESA's Bylaws, the Association does not have exclusive agreements with partners nor does it endorse specific products or services.

CCSESA offers three different opportunities for companies to get involved.  Please contact the CCSESA office at (916) 446-3095 for fees and additional information.

Current Partnerships (May 2010)

BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP

CCSESA is currently seeking proposals from businesses interested in partnering to improve California’s education system with technology and products that provide efficiency, cost-savings, instructional materials, and/or professional development.  A partnership with CCSESA gives you the opportunity to have access to all 58 County Superintendents of Schools, who are key decision-makers in California’s public education system.

Interested parties are encouraged to submit proposals which include the following information:

  1. Company background & product information;
  2. How the high-quality product will service or benefit schools across the state; and
  3. A clear revenue sharing plan.

The company will receive the following benefits provided by CCSESA:

  1. Opportunity to attend a General Membership luncheon and dinner with all 58 county superintendents and deliver 5-minute presentation of the product;
  2. Distribution of materials to all 58 County Superintendents;
  3. Assistance with making contact with individual counties, regions;
  4. Presentation at the appropriate statewide steering committees which are focused on curriculum and instruction, business and administration, personnel services, technology and telecommunication and student programs and services; and
  5. Acknowledgement on the CCSESA website.

CCSESA has developed a set of core values and understandings to which the companies with which we partner are expected to understand and adhere to.

EDUCATOR PANEL

As an alternative, we have developed another business partnership opportunity that would allow companies to present to a small group (4-8) of county superintendents and/or county staff who would listen to the presentation and offer feedback to companies relative to the product/service and how it would benefit counties/districts. More information is available in our panel flyer.

SPONSORSHIP

Finally, CCSESA also offers sponsorship opportunities that allow companies to present to the county superintendents at a quarterly luncheon for five minutes distribute materials and attend a dinner with the group that evening.  This is an excellent networking opportunity that provides county superintendents with a glimpse into your company’s products and services.  The presentation may take place in January, April, June or October at various locations around the state.

Companies interested in learning more about creating a business partnership with CCSESA should call (916) 446-3095.
